Earlier COVID-19 is more than a pandemic. Every day, thousands of people were infected and die from COVID-19. Over scientists, and doctors are working to overcome these situations. WHO also informed, till date, there is no medicine for COVID-19. If the Infection arises in the body, then the defense mechanism is activated against infection. A recent study suggests that temporarily augmenting the body’s immune system in the early stages of COVID-19 can help patients to avoid severe symptoms, as it is rightly said prevention is better than cure. Ayurveda approaches to develop physiological reactions to facilitate immunity. Planning of diet is most important to boost immunity. As per many researches to provide supplementary food which contains Zinc, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, and immunity boosting food such as citrus natural products, custard apple, apple, papaya, is among the Fruits. Such individuals were difficult to fight this infection. But precaution must be taken by young and healthy individuals too. Some common symptoms of COVID-19 include shortness of breath, cough that gets more severe as the time of infection increases, fever, and gradually increasing fatigue.

There is vital importance of proper nutrition and hydration. People who eat a well-balanced diet tend to be at lower risk of chronic illnesses and infectious diseases and are healthier with stronger immune systems. So, diet must include a variety of fresh and unprocessed foods every day to get the vitamins, dietary fiber, minerals, protein and antioxidants, and enough water for hydration.
