PABNA, Mar 21:- A 40-year-old motorcyclist named Ruhul Amin has died in a road accident at Chatmohar of Pabna.
The accident occurred at a place Karitala area on the way of Chatmohar-Pabna highway at around 9 am on Monday (March 31), Eid day.
The deceased Ruhul Amin is the son of Bhadu Molla of Char Bhangura village in neighboring Bhangura upazila.
Chatmohar Police Station Officer-in-Charge Md. Manjurul Alam said that Ruhul Amin was returning home on a motorcycle after buying Eid meat from Tebunia in Pabna Sadar upazila.
On the way, when he reached a place called Karitala in Mulgram union of Chatmohar upazila, he lost control and hit a tree. Later, locals took the injured Ruhul to Chatmohar Upazila Health Complex, where he was declared dead by the Chititsak.
The OC further said that the subsequent legal matter is under process.
